The Armourtec 900 is the ultimate power racket. Utilising an advanced Micro Ti in the head of the frame which is 2.5 times heavier than graphite, Yonex have been able to place weight at a precise point in an otherwise lightweight frame. This material positioned in the top of the head gives the racket its head heavy balance despite its 80-84g weight range.

The Power Armor System delivers 4% more racket head speed and increased stability on shuttle impact. Ultimum Ti is replaced by a more sophisticated material, elastic Ti, positioned in the shaft this stores energy and provides a snap back action providing increased racket head speed for additional power on fast overhead shots. Elastic Ti is also placed into the lower part of the head designed for more power when power smashing. The racket also uses a box section design to the cross section of the head which gives a solid feel on impact.

Ideal for a power player with a medium to fast overhead hitting action who prefers a head heavy balanced racket, looking to trade-off finesse and style for a brutal racket with which to dominate their opponents with relentless power and speed.
